Pros
Aralez Bio has a wonderful culture. The C-suite genuinely cares about their people. They set realistic project goals and timelines and work hard to celebrate the wins (little or big!).
Cons
Aralez is still a small startup. If you aren't ready to wear a lot of hats, this isn't the place for you.
