Pros

There were some snacks in the office

Worst company I have ever worked for; owners and employees often had raging arguments, the ceiling was leaking, the office cattiness was awful, the windows didn't open, it was impossible to find anything in the mess of clothes and folders and stuff stacked in every corner. The atmosphere was so uncomfortable every single day, I’m not really sure how anyone has stayed at this company. However there was a large turnover, even in the short time I was there, avoid this company at all costs.

Pros

uniform the rota was fairly made - considering everyones needs the company customer service standards are very high - but the quality of the products is not so good no sick pay

Cons

long hours (9,5 / day - 5 or sometimes 6 days a week - for full time) no comissions, bonuses only 20 min paid break (with the option of having another 30 min, but unpaid)
