Pros

Sometimes can be a fun place to work. Fun job Meet lots of people Travel to different places Sell a product that is really worth the money

Cons

They do not understand that you have a life outside of the office. Want you at work at 7am for a meeting Expect you back at the office at 6pm for another meeting Expect you to do most of your work on your off time (evenings and weekends). Full of promises, but most are lies. Make you think you will get your own office and make hundreds of thousands of dollars in return for your slave labour in the two years it will take to get that office (if they ever really give you one).

Pros

- 39% of net profit (Event Coordinator level) - 68% of net profit (Owner level) - not an office job, somewhat fun - travel within the GTA - orientations with business vendors - great learning experience, if you tough it out

Cons

- NO BASE (warning: should be well off, and want to do this as a hobbie) - must have a vehicle, doesn't matter if borrow, purchased, or rented - you need a vehicle to get from A to B - kms, gas, cell phone - get ready to rack up on YOUR credit card. ie. always on the road, opposite ends of the GTA and making cold-calls on your mobile (THEY DON'T REIMBURSE YOU) - 7 am meetings (not paid for), ridiculous - if you've been there longer than 3 months - like every sales role, territories will be worked up; you have to persevere. - shady colleagues (non-stop cattiness, it's your business, so people will climb on top of you if they can. ex. steal a lead within your territory) - more than 12 hour days if you want to survive with this job/at this company - if successful, and become owner, your expenses could drag your earnings back down if the team you run, does not do well
