We also strongly believe in developers taking full ownership of their code, including QA, a standard practice in many high-performing development teams. This approach ensures higher quality and better accountability for the work we deliver. Regarding our company culture, we regularly host hack days, team-building activities, and social events designed to be inclusive for everyone.
