Pros
I started working as a fresh grad in this company. It was a really good place to built up a character as a software engineer. Learnt a lot of technical skills (troubleshooting, deployment and etc.) here. And also the salary offered is quite reasonable for a fresh graduate. You will feel the envinronment of a family with all the colleagues.
Cons
The challenging part is that you have to be able to complete the assigned task in a short period of time
