      Pros

      smart team of developers, product managers, QA and usability professionals. great market to be in, considering how vital security and compliance are to most organizations storing large amounts of data.

      Cons

      many difficult personalities who weren't being kept in check or asked to cooperate. frequent displays of ego, combative language, and overall immature behavior.

      Pros

      The wages are competitive and there is some amazing talent in this organization.

      Cons

      Very dysfunctional from a management view. If you want a job where you are left to fend for yourself, then this may work, but if you are looking for career development this won't be a good place for you.

      The product is excellent. The leadership team is well-aligned. Overall communication could be improved. However, small-group communication is pretty good.

      Cons

      Pay is "OK". Training budget is too low.
