I really liked the team that I worked with and the work was generally engaging and challenging.
Cons
The work/life balance could be better, and the amount of panic throughout the office whenever our general partner visited was truly astonishing.

Staff was really welcoming and nice Amazing benefits (fully covered w/ no cost to employees) Gives staff lunch money & pays for commute

CEO is a nightmare, everybody is afraid of him. Was warned right away…. Everybody holds their breath when he is in office. He isn’t nice to his staff at all and lacks social skills 😭 there is a list of SPECIFIC brands & foods that need to be at his disposal 24/7 that causes an uptight environment and is very, very robotic. CEO is “sensitive to smell”, so was told not to bring in “smelly foods” & not to wear perfume/cologne. Doesn’t like to decorate office for holidays, etc. Most importantly, Company lacks diversity - is very much “white corporate”. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody.
