Pros
Awesome people, great leadership, sweet location, hot market, well funded, what's not to love?! Some of the most amazing people I've ever worked with. It's a vibrant, youthful, fun and supportive work environment. Talent is rewarded and growth and leadership is encouraged.
Cons
Downside? Hard to really come up with anything significant. I've worked for companies large and small and Apperian has been one of the best experiences in my career.
