      Pros

      Free snacks and daily catered lunches. Had decent benefits. Good platform. Great coworkers. Ok office space (no privacy though which can be distracting while working).

      Cons

      Claimed to be transparent but everything was on a need to know basis. Overworked and underpaid. Highly intense and pressurized work environment. Does not foster work-life balance from the top. Felt the need to be always available and everything needed to be done like yesterday. Wouldn’t provide help. Not that different than any other corporate job dealing with politics, cliques and in-fighting.

      Intelligent coworkers, but issues with upper management

      - Decent benefits - clean offices - Intelligent and friendly coworkers - Robust platform

      Cons

      - Was asked to fill out GlassDoor reviews to mitigate negative reviews - Clique-like company culture - Very disorganized upper management. While startups all have growing pains, it seemed like management wasn't concerned with long-term growth strategies and often swept issues under the rug until they were too big to ignore.
