      - Incredibly supportive team - people are always willing to help each other out - Full transparency across the board: company metrics, decisions, and direction are openly shared - You can actually influence processes and make a real impact - New ideas and suggestions are genuinely welcomed and encouraged - Hackathons twice a year and in-person meetups keep the team connected

      - Still very much a startup environment, so plans and priorities can shift frequently - No formal grading/leveling system in place yet

      The company seems to be legit. It offers great commission and training.

      Cons

      The problem is first day, I have been waiting to hear from Delia when to start the training. I have not heard from her at all. I dedicated this day for training and nothing happened. Lack of communication. So far I have not been trained and have not earned $$$$
