At first it looked great, remote work ok pay and benefits but not much else was offered
Cons
I was hired as an employee but then brought on as a contractor 'suddenly' there was no work after that. Multiple paystubs were missing when I was let go in the payment system, glad to have left

Pros
Remote work, some benefitd but expensive. When the business is good, its good. It seems there's lots of upfront promises for employees but they're never delivered.
Cons
Management lowkey lies and tries to cover up by blaming employees. You'll be gaslit over just about anything. Was let go with zero notice after being told the company was in a good place. No one ever communicated I wasn't performing up until the day let go, and by someone in HR that I'd never worked with. Very odd vibes. The culture is as toxic as can be
