The worst boss I have ever worked with. Incompetent, toxic, unknowledgable, low IQ and EQ, biased, culture unfit, and characterless. In short a total bully! Instead of providing a proper orientation more indulged in bad mouthing about others in office and trying to create a toxic culture in the office. Treated her team members very badly. Esoecially those who hot toblnow her truth. A bad example to the team and subordinates. Missing important meeting due to personal matters and abusing time flexibility given. Had affair with one of the senior managers(caught on camera). Bad example. Voiced out to senior management and the case even went to Industrial Relation, but no action by the Management was taken against this manager.
