      Pros

      - flexible hours - nobody counts vacation and days off - no bullsh*t environment - jerk-less company - openness and transparency - people first approach - great team (personally and to learn from) - interesting work - great product - ongoing professional development - the ability to influence things - encourage learning

      Cons

      - heavy workload - "work hard & play hard" applies 100% - growing pains :) - inexperienced team-leaders (not all of them!) which is normal as company quickly grows. For me is important, that team-leaders are working on their management skills and getting better

      Great professional friendly people, a fast startup environment, a lot of opportunities to join interesting events.

      Cons

      The internal processes are still a work in progress, your salary is based on your team leader, not on your actual skills and responsibilities, there is not always transparent communication from the company side.
