      challenges is inevitable, in all area of working condition, life of those carrying out specific jobs should be considered specially safety and take home benefits.

      A-lot nepotism and unqualified personnel

      Traveling, paid certificates (a least for those that you are paid to do the job) and salary on time.

      Cons

      Low pay, nepotism, sending unqualified and unexperienced personnel on missions, not a-lot room for improvement. You just need to be young willing to work and nod your head to everything you hear.
