      Pros

      Interesting projects, good pay, and training opportunities. Throughout the business there are several hard working and knowledgeable employees.

      Cons

      Field leadership can be uneducated or ignorant. Some decisions lacked strategy, and several engineers that were hired lacked skills and knowledge to be successful. The company did not adequately consider lessons learned throughout projects.

      too unorganized, politics were very sloppy and there were clearly favorites - not everyone got treated equal

      Pros

      They pay very well (at least management does) for a construction company there size. Great facilities, company vehicles, and equipment. Safe working environment, and great foreman.

      Cons

      They come off like this "new and edgy" company that is going to care about there employees. They host an upper management meeting once a month that almost seems kind of like one of those crazy southern churches where they do snake handling and things like that. However when it comes down to listening to "certain" employees its the same as every crappy company I've worked with or for. They have an "Old Boy System" that quietly goes un noticed and/or unchecked! I reached out to the CEO, and another higher up about this, and still to this day have yet to hear back.
