Some lovely people work at Animationlab. You also get a chance to work with some senior professionals in the industry.
Cons
The creative leadership and management of artists is abysmal. Since its inception creative power has been hijacked by a nepotistic circle of production and administration staff which is stubbornly incapable of solving the studio's creative problems. Genuine artistic skill and talent is seen as a threat and is consistently obstructed from decision making and problem solving. Fingers crossed the basic lesson that films are made by film-makers not office managers will one day finally sink in.
