Since its inception creative power has been hijacked by a nepotistic circle of production and administration staff which is stubbornly incapable of solving the studio's creative problems. Genuine artistic skill and talent is seen as a threat and is consistently obstructed from decision making and problem solving. Fingers crossed the basic lesson that films are made by film-makers not office managers will one day finally sink in.
