Pros

- Some of the projects have been fun to work on. - Flexible work hours (within reason). - Nice kitchen space for cooking/baking/having lunch in the office. - Company events are fun. - Workplace can be quite laid back/informal. Studio is comfortable. - Some colleagues are great to work with.

Cons

- Poor project planning and scheduling. Project coordinators and managers are not capable. - Upper management micromanages the artists and are condescending instead of giving constructive feedback. - Too much politics going on in upper management. Artists end up suffering when people above are fighting each other. - Artists end up taking on extra tasks like planning company events instead of it being done by management because nobody could be bothered. - There aren't enough senior and experienced artists/team members to guide juniors and new hires, causing the quality of work to drop. - Management is willing to hold on to bad employees in the company. There are no consequences for bad behavior or poor performance.

Pros

- Great environment, cozy and friendly. - Very lenient. - Good people and team! - Culture-wise, work is nice.

Cons

- For some people, it can be quite a non stable job. Sometimes they have projects, sometimes they don't. - Unnecessary politics. - Hard to get improvement in employment despite good performance. - Some of the higher position are filled with power obsessed, bumbling, incompetent people. They have quite the habit of blaming the artists when things go awry in the company. - Very outdated pipeline. - Over promised things. - No real training for the employees. - The management asked for transparency when none was offered back to the artists.
