      Good Company but it has some problem

      Pros

      * Good culture * Challenging work everyday * Hybrid work. 3 days WFH and 2 at the office. * Bonus paid every year (unless company is not great that year)

      Cons

      * non or very slow job progression: Software Engineering is not well structure two only position available and to become Senior Software Engineer can take you 8- 10 years. * No career progression planning: there are no formal written plans for you to move forward, so, you don't know where are you heading to. * ANCA is a company with continuous redundancy since it is in a cycle market (3 years good 3 years very bad and redundancies are happening)
