Pros

No dress code and most employees get their own office.

Cons

Negative environment with a generally anti social and unfriendly staff. Everyone seems scared and stressed. The work is not at all academic (don't listen to anyone that says it is) but they insist on hiring PhDs. Most of the work is tedious and you get promoted based on how fast you can accurately process and manage this type of unchallenging work. You never know when you are going home every day. There is essentially no organization of staff which is very confusing. I would recommend only to do this job because when you leave any other job will seem like a dream and will likely be more interesting. Also the pay is okay but nothing great. The bonuses for associates are around 20k.

Pros

Very efficient management and HR.

Cons

Poor work life balance with slow career development. Compensation is good, but nothing great. Staff is unfriendly, everyone seems stressed all the time. Did not learn anything of substance. Few to none opportunities to network. Leave while you can - it's simply not worth it.

Pros

If you are lucky enough to work with decent people on a decent project, then you might be fine. But working at this place is like playing Russian Roulette, A lot of luck is required to have things aligned

Cons

People who have zero communication skills act very passive aggressively. All smiles in front of you and you don't realize they secretly have problems with you until your review. Truly unprofessional and unproductive way of working and managing.
