      -Occasional Travel, but this is location dependent -Once you clock out, you don't have to worry about your job -You probably have time to look for another job while on the clock -Almost impossible to get fired

      Cons

      -Uncomfortable department dynamic, as the head is a micro manager and there is a severe lack of transparency for the "why" certain decisions are made -Chronic favoritism dependent upon non-work-related items (availability to babysit your boss's cat, for example) -Pay is very low -No clear way of advancing within the company
