I've been in the mortgage industry for 30 years. AmeriFirst is the best company I've ever worked for. The culture at AmeriFirst is totally focused on delivering a great experience to our clients while working together as a team. More than a team this company feels like one big family. The leadership team is actively involved, forward thinking and approachable. The support and resources here are second to none. Every team member works together toward the goal of closing loans!

Cons

I can't think of any downside to working at AmeriFirst.

AmeriFirst is truly outstanding! We are provided with the best technology, tools, education, communication, and support to set us all up for success. I am beyond impressed with the leadership and management. There is a team for everything! You feel as though you are part of something grand, yet also comforting like a family.

Cons

Architect (the LOS) is a tad difficult to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it becomes second nature. We are provided with help and support, around the clock, to help with any learning curve!

No raises No bonuses if the company "isn't doing well" They used to be a family type atmosphere and now they're leaving their employees high and dry! Been there 3 year and haven't gotten one raise! They try to say, well we give quarterly bonuses. But that's based on how the company is doing, we haven't received one all year!
