All the leadership team constantly talk about each other in truly vicious ways behind each others backs. Both Dominique and Kannyn seem to be constantly on the verge of blowing up at each other and Dominique wants little more than to quit. Nobody is safe from the horrible gossip about private matters and management will actively overwork and under pay their employees.
