      Talks up culture but leadership is toxic

      Pros

      They offered full remote work before Covid started.

      Cons

      Lots of nepotism and leadership at the top lacks management experience. Toxic atmosphere. Long-time middle managers put up with it because they like the remote work opportunity.

      Fully remote. You can work whenever you want. Money is not too bad if you can work fast and efficiently

      Cons

      Tasks are fist come first served and very competitive to get. Noy enough tasks avaialble to make a living
