Pros

You can do anything you want! They are open to new projects and ideas. Great location in Montreal. Open minded fun people to work with.

Cons

It is a little non-shalont, often times I did not know what to work on and was just wasting time. I could not exactly pin point what Alternatives actually did or what it's main ideals were. I also do not speak french very well which caused me to be left out of much of the organization.

The don't follow their own policies. Leadership is never around and that's when problems happen.
