      Steep learning curve and high responsibilites

      Pros

      Steep learning curve. Some of everyday challenges keeps you on toes and requires sharp outlook. Full delegation of responsibilities when handling any project. Speaking to some of most prominent personalities of the industry on almost regular basis, will surely help you develop your confidence (obviously you will be nervous at first). Dynamics of the whole team and relax environment allows you to enjoy your work.

      Cons

      There are not many, just some minor small company issues.

      Great Place to Learn and Grow

      Pros

      AlternativeSoft provides a very encouraging environment to get work done, grow professionally and personally. The company develops a complex and unique product with a lot of potential for future growth. Working here is challenging, rewarding, and fun at the same time. A place where the CEO(s) is as approachable as any other employee.

      Cons

      Shares the growing pains of any small company trying to maintain hypergrowth.
