      My friendly co-workers help keep me from being insane.

      Cons

      Because the terrible and useless leadership of AlternativeSoft, most employees here are on the brink of going insane! The intense pressure and overwhelming stress from the bossy management will really get to you once you've been here for long enough. I do not recommend enduring this kind of work environment for your own sake.

      The pros are the training is easy and you also get great maternity leave.

      Cons

      Constant unnecessary stress. Work-life balance is a farce. Management doesn't listen to employees whatsoever, ignores feedback and attacks them for giving suggestions for the comppany's improvement. Unfortunately, since I started it only got worse until the very end. I could go on but the most important thing to note is that morale is at an all-time low causing many people to jump ship.
