      Pros

      Excellent leadership from MD who is managing a tough role consolidating 4 sites into 2. Good hours, early finish Friday. Free parking and most of the collegues are lovely.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great but flexibility makes up for that Limited opportunities for progression but it is a small company
