Pros

Good pay and benefits, low turnover. Work is as easy/hard as you make it cause management doesn't hold anyone accountable.

Cons

Terrible quality. Everyday is a adventure in finding poorly written new code. Poor management from bottom to top. No accountability at the bottom, no direction at the top. Striving to be "One" platform with many chiefs pushing it in all directions except forward. Government style promotions based on seniority, not competency. Not the place to advance your career, and likely a step backwards falling behind and accepting bad/dated practices.

Pros

Work life balance, good pay

Cons

There's no direction. Every release, they say the most important goal is X, and do all the planning, and that is then it's the lowest thing in the priority list the next release. Senior management keeps changing, and with that, the entire goals and product direction.

Pros

Some good people still around, but most of the competent ones left due to toxic culture from top-down. Career opportunities in India only, Dead-end for North American employees.

Cons

Toxic culture from top-down. The executives never seemed to be accountable for their actions/non action. Kept losing clients and no one seems to care. Senior Executives traveled to India offices and stop by Europe for shopping/sightseeing. In addition, if the employees are in-group of the executive leaders, one do not need to be accountable for their performance nor deliverables. Poor performance is totally acceptable with no consequence. Not only they will get special treatment and opportunities to work on new stuff, but also being "protected' from various layoff waves. This company does not deserve any competent individuals and people with integrity and good ethics to stay and contribute. Leave as soon as you can find any other opportunities.
