The management is awful! They do not help you AT ALL - just micromanage every move you make. The three women in charge are power hungry and treat their employees like they are children. Take this job only if you need benefits and experience, otherwise run the other way!

No benefits- Only paid per student treated, no paid holidays, no sick or vacation days, no health benefits, required to use IPads but OT/PT workers have to pay for wifi, they oversee & signoff on work schedules & no allowance in schedules for lunch or break, don't pay for required continuing education, only allowed to bill time allotted to tasks/writing so don't get paid for complex cases, planning or admin tasks, no budget for school supplies -pay out of pocket, no Union
