      - Awesome staff and team members - Team bonding is fluid - Good place to start as a software developer

      Cons

      - Workload on ( a single of the few) developers is crazy - Management focus is on interns - pay is not encouraging - No team structure. You create your own UI/UX, build frontend, backend, DevOps, etc. - No product management

      Algorism is a learning environment. Hence you get every opportunity to learn and enough time for personal development

      Because of the small nature of the organization, employees may sometime be involved in some other duties outside their job description.
