      Pros

      Office stocked with snacks and periodic provided lunches.

      Cons

      The expectations of the position were essentially 24/7 availability, and I encountered issues with management integrity that made the environment challenging. Worked for a human hurricane in Arizona disguised as a “leader”. He was dishonest, exhausting, and toxic. Free snacks can’t fix a boss who is a liar, a thief of company resources, will trash talk every team, peers and owners, and the human embodiment of a dumpster fire.
