Hard to find any pros tbh.

Cons

- Toxic environment. - Work overload (in most of the teams, if not all of them). - HR will lie and will not be clear about profit or bonus. - No good benefits or package; even the office is just a chaos (it's really bad that on some days you can't even find a chair to sit on).
