Pros
Akademos is a very laid back work place. Everyone is willing to help. True definition of a Team environment. As an account manager you will be able to have input throughout many areas of the company.
Cons
Starting salary is a low compared to other corporate companies. Other than that no complaints. Akademos is a growing company better things ahead.

Pros
Relaxed work environment that allows you to work with multiple departments and wear many hats. Upper Management has an open door policy and are always open to new ideas, concerns or if you need assistance with anything. CEO has made great strides since coming on with Akademos and has shown he is 100% all in with the growth of the company and the employees who help make it work. No Micro-Management from upper management you are trusted to do your job and do it in a timely fashion, treated like adults. Friendly, young co-workers makes for a fun laid back workspace that makes it actually enjoyable to come to work. Bright open office space which makes a huge difference when spending 8 1/2-9 hours there each day. Team environment, everyone works together and it's pet friendly!
Cons
Lack of structure in certain areas of business like Human Resources, being a small company there is not dedicated HR department and communication is sometimes lacking. Salaries are below average for the area and the health benefits are not the greatest, being a small company that is growing this could change in the future. The amount of sick time you are allowed should be more, five is very unrealistic. Some positions could be filled with better qualified candidates. Does not match 401k, at least not yet.
