Pros

The senior management at Aisera truly encourage and support you to create the centre of excellence for your domain expertise that you bring to the organization. You get to experience a very flat org structure, where you can have a candid conversation with the C-Suite as well as your peers to share ideas, thoughts and express concerns for constructive improvements. You get to own your domain, and are looked upon as the SME to help educate and evangelize your domain knowledge and expertise with the various teams. You get to cross collaborate, lead and be part of interesting projects, learn from some of the smartest and passionate individuals in the AI Service Experience and SaaS domain.

Cons

With the opportunity to be at a Series D start-up that's got big ambitions comes some sacrifices/adjustments one needs to make. There could be a few long hours during the week, the odd weekend syncs - but when you are bought into the vision and mission of Aisera, you know you are creating a better tomorrow! Its still early days, and so far only the above aspect (work/life balance) is something I would like to add to the culture as an Aiserian!

Reward and Growth for Employees: - Global Enterprise Sales team provided feedback to senior leadership team around the compensation improvements required. - Management team responded quickly and made positive changes and the team is motivated to have a great rest of the year Business Transformation in the challenging economic times: - Aisera AI automation platform allows any existing or new employee to help customers and prospects to fight inflation in a better way and helps reduce TCO and improve operational efficiencies in a meaningful way.

Pros

You get complete ownership of your program(s) with lots of opportunities to learn new areas of the business. Excellent opportunity to grow past your current skillsets and expand into new domains. Leadership is supportive of new initiatives with strategy, execution and reporting plans presented. Lots of cross-functional collaboration as team is lean and quick to ship.

Cons

Being a startup, there are constant changes in positioning, messaging and priorities so you have to roll with the punches! Not very suitable for unexperienced or entry level prospects as ramp up time needs to be fast.
