- Managers have absolutely no managerial experience, (not even previous work experience in most cases) and no seniority whatsoever. For some of them their managerial position in this company was their first job out of university. They do not possess the skills, seniority or experience in the field that is needed to manage a team, bring the best out of people and drive the team forward. They are creating new titles for themselves every few months to demonstrate seniority and feed their ambition further. - A few of the worst things that you may experience are bullying, dismissive behaviours and personal attacks. My time in this company was by far one of the worst experiences in my life and unfortunately it is not exaggerated. While I cannot refer to specific examples for obvious reasons, all I am going to write here is that one manager's behaviour interfered with my personal life. - It is a common tactic for the managers to dismiss employee's efforts and performance to show them they do not possess the skills to move forward and then force them to resign.

Talented engineering and product team but an incompetent CPO. Possibly the worst leader I've worked with in any space. Lacked basic team building skills, poor communicator, sat on the fence on major decisions and constantly played politics behind the scenes. Overall the company and many of those that performed well within it operated along cult like parameters. Personalities could gain and then fall out of favour over short time periods.
