      Great Work Environment

      Pros

      Friendly Work Environment. Promotes from within the organization. Pay is commensurate with the industry standards for the many positions within the company. The Benefits package is very good.

      Cons

      No real con's, just my opinion that we have Vacation and Sick time, rather than PTO which can be use either way.
