Wholesome people led to a wholesome company, Family friendly place. Many of the people were devout Christians and were married with children. Flexibility to work remotely when needed. Good work life balance: hardly ever needed to work weekends or stay late. Good benefits, including • Health insurance • Roth 401K • Free financial advisors Big enough to be a stable company but small enough that you still know (of) all the people.
