      Zero, none, zip, zilch, nada...J.E.....you lika that?

      Cons

      Management bickers like preschoolers, worst place to work in sales in my twenty year career. Don't do too well, they will fire you and keep your commissions. So much more to say but so little time, rear view mirror is the best place to keep these folks if your a salesman, or any other employee of this place. Of 70, a handful of good people and if you are an employee, or a client for that matter, don't walk..............run.

We appreciate and consider all feedback and as our philosophy has always been, we will continue to find ways to improve. I want to address a couple of your specific concerns here. ATEC follows the company policies and procedures that are in place for a reason. If you are not reaching your quotas, the business and individuals will not grow. ATEC is always striving for constant improvement. The past three months have definitely seen quite a few changes as we have transition to what we believe is the next phase of our sales development and continuous growth of ATEC. As we jump to the next growth stage, we need to have the right people. ATEC focuses on goal-oriented, result-driven, motivated and cooperative individuals. ATEC was awarded the “2015 Best of Business Award” by the Small Business Community.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are nice and the products are interesting.

      Cons

      The management is awful and it starts from the CEO down. There is more focus on beating competition than doing everything above board. They are a revolving door for employees. So much so, that the marketing department makes jokes about constant changes to the employee directory. There is no focus on team accomplishments in creative, and they change bonus metrics quarterly so sales people lose out every year.

      There are a handful of decent people who work here

      Cons

      This place is an utter nightmare to work at. The owners are out of touch with their own business and make knee-jerk decisions without properly researching anything. Employee morale is very low due to being constantly thrashed and yelled at the whims of the owners.
