      Pros

      Company provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow professionally while making a real difference in the lives of individuals and their families/caregivers. Supportive and knowledgable managers. Must be willing to take direction and put forth effort to be successful but effort and dedication is recognized.

      Cons

      Lengthy learning curve if you aren't willing to take guidance and follow directions.

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely and Independently with a small, knowledgeable team that really cares about their clients and works hard to meet their needs. The leadership is very involved and always available to help,

      Cons

      Be prepared to multi-task and work hard every single day. This is a complex job, where you are expected to work independently to accomplish tasks, and also ask questions, and collaborate with the team when needed. If you are not prepared to invest your time and work diligently then this would not be a great fit.

      Case management is challenging but also rewarding. Management is very supportive and involved.

      Cons

      Case management is not for everyone. It can be very busy and you need to work hard. Must be able to multi-task and work independently but ask questions when needed.
