Pros
Employees have a lot of flexibility and room for self organization. The pandemic has made the company even more open minded in terms of Home Office possibilities and employee trust, which is continued even with ease of the situation. The colleagues are great and there is no competition within the teams but we work together at all times. Sounds cheezy, but it is true. Especially the sales & marketing team has a great team fit and we are all eager to move forward and try new things. Career opportunities are given due to the Focusrite Group.
Cons
Due to ADAM Audio being a part of the Focursrite Group, some agility is lost. However, other important things are gained as well. So this is evening out.
