Work Environment is Worst. Its worst than a school. U are not allowed to talk during office hours. Its exactly like HM is sitting on cabin and we all are students. We need to fallow what ever they say. You are not allowed to take break during office hours. In case if we go to pantry and chit chat, we get a mail immediately telling not to waste time. Management expect us to work like a machine. In case if you are not feeling well, they say take tablet and work which is disgusting. No growth professionally and personally They create lot of disturbance when employee resigns. its really a feeling of hell.
