      -Flexible PTO -Good work/life balance

      Cons

      -Saying they care about the well being of their employees but the pay and benefits don't reflect it. Extremely below the market. -Lack of transparency from the leadership team on down to management. -Lacking true company culture. Tenured employees rudely communicating with others in Slack. -Lack of diversity in leadership.

      Pros

      Super flexible. Great support from company leadership. Company equips you with the tools you need to be successful.

      Cons

      It takes a while for client ramp-up but works out in the long run as it allows time for you to get familiar with the job and the various software.

      The people are supportive, with great teamwork and collaboration. Trainings and opportunities for advancement are available. Leadership is transparent and accessible. Flexible schedule and remote work make for a healthy work-life balance.

      Cons

      Lacking in benefit options (only offer healthcare and vesting 401k with low match), and below market compensation.
