      Pros

      Flexible with time off and requesting vacation. Friendships if you make any.

      Cons

      Everything else! Toxic management, terrible CEO's (Samuel and Chang), No value as an employee you are just a number. Cliquey, rude staff, 100000 calls a day. Sucks

      The environment is driven by fear and intimidation, spearheaded by the COO. There is a total absence of accountability, meaningful support, or consistent communication from senior leadership. Employees are regularly tasked with responsibilities far outside their job descriptions. There is no acknowledgment of this additional workload, nor is there any incentive or compensation for taking on these extra duties. The company struggles to retain talent, particularly in executive positions. The high turnover rate at the top is a clear indicator of systemic issues within the management team.

      Dynamic startup-like environment with data challenges

      Pros

      Environment similar to start up environment where one has to wear many hats. Great working with some of the leadership. Small team so lot of responsibility.

      Cons

      Data setup is rather messy. And data operations are still pretty early stage. Did not have access to a lot of data that prevented accurate revenue and EBITDA analytics.
