Low pays. Not much room for raises

Very Poor Management: The management lacks organization and leadership. There is no clear structure, and decisions often seem random, which causes confusion and frustration among employees. Unfair Task Distribution: Tasks are poorly distributed, with certain employees overloaded while others have far less to do. There’s no balance or consideration for individual capacities, which leads to burnout for some and idleness for others. Delayed Overtime Payments: When overtime is worked, there is a significant delay in receiving payment. Employees are expected to stay late but are not compensated in a timely manner, which is both frustrating and demotivating. Lack of Basic Facilities: There aren’t even enough places to sit, making it challenging to find a comfortable workspace. This basic oversight shows a lack of respect for employees’ needs and comfort.
