its a job and nothing more.
Cons
the "we are family here" phrase. the worst aspects. the company owner is old and senile and just gets in the way, and dont tell him anything as he will blast your personal info to EVERYONE. the son is only in his position because hes family. this is nepotism at its WORST. low pay, poor treatment and constant gossip. completely disorganized, need i say more? this place is comedy skit in the worst way
