      Pros

      The people at Accushield are what sets the company apart. People who work hard until the job gets done with a positive environment. Because it is still a relatively small company, you also have the opportunity to put your hands in a variety of buckets to learn a variety of tasks and skills. Management is eager to hear your feedback and also place you where you fit best.

      Cons

      As it still operates with a small company mindset, the company does have limited benefits offered at established companies and you will need to be most likely willing to work outside your stated job description.
