Pros
family oriented, small company so management is more focused on making you stronger in the field and ensures that you receive the proper training and materials needed. Teamwork is definitely big here, we dont let anyone struggle, no "sink or swim", we hire to train and keep you. This company has grown over the years and will continue with how we keep our employees happy and well respected for the work you put in.
Cons
We have service work as well so you can get bounced around a little bit but I make sure my team has very minimal relocation for jobs through out the week. We try to keep the driving to a minimum.
