Great people, abysmal pay

Pros

Friendly people, great support from leadership, opportunities for career advancement

Cons

Appallingly low pay. Even for a non-profit, I've never seen people be paid so little. It's honestly insulting and disrespectful to compensate people so poorly for their hard work

The CEO is a narcissist who hides behind her hol𝗂𝖾𝗋 than thou religion. 𝖣𝗂𝗏𝖾𝗋𝗌𝗂𝗍𝗒 𝗂𝗌 𝗇𝗈𝗍 𝗋𝖾𝗌𝗉𝖾𝖼𝗍𝖾𝖽 o𝗋 𝖾𝗆𝖻𝗋𝖺𝖼𝖾𝖽. There is a clique in management and either you are in or out. They pretend to be about consensus but in reality leadership makes the decisions.
