Pros

Fun atmosphere. Understanding and supportive management. Good wages and benefits. Comfortable, bright office environment. Free cable and reduced internet price.

Cons

Shifts can be somewhat odd in hours and start times. Mostly part time available. Not many full time positions. Difficult to move up. Most internal career movement is lateral.

Pros

The pay and some pretty cool coworkers

Cons

Overworked, high claim volume, no work life balance. You'll be working 6 days a week just to stay afloat. The company expects you to hit every metric which is impossible in nonstandard insurance. It may seem like a good job the first 3 months, but wait until you reach 6, 9, and your 1yr. Company has developed a really bad reputation by other insurance companies and body shops to the point some shops will turn away customers because they don't want to deal with Access.
